5. Payment Terms Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment structures are:

• Page-by-Page Services: Payment is due once the work is handed over or completed.

• Whole Website/Retainers: Services quoted in "sprints" (e.g., 3-month blocks) will have payment terms specified in your individual agreement.

• Late Payment: We reserve the right to pause work or withhold deliverables if payment is not made by the agreed due date.
