NATIVE Coworking is a coworking space in the town centre of Larnaca. They were expanding their product offering to include virtual offices in Cyprus, and approached us to help them navigate their journey through the SERPs as a page-by-page offering, where they were on page 5.

 

We audited their onsite content for this new service, and found it un-optimised and thin, and we also took the time to let the client educate us on the new service and their USPs. We also analysed competitors for the service and put together a plan to overhaul the existing on-page content and tighten up focus keywords. As a result, NATIVE surged from page 5 to page 1 once the new content was indexed.

 

Since then, we’ve refined the page further, placing them within the top 3 for their core keyword, and the client asked North West SEO to augment their efforts with a PPC campaign, and the result is lead enquiries have surged.

PPC Consultancy.com

PPC Consultancy.com is a Manchester-based PPC consulting firm and North West SEO's Google Ads services partner. As part of an online push in 2026 to promote their pay-per-click services, they contacted North West SEO for strategic assistance on SEO and to grow visibility for core terms that prospective clients would be searching for. We put together a plan that would plug content gaps that the website had and worked the client to ensure that their in-house SEO efforts met best-practises.

 

We audited their site and though the homepage was very well set up to drive client enquiries, the remainder of the site was under-developed leaving much room for growth. We prioritised content work based on what was most essential, such as service pages and made a longer-term plan to fill more informational content gaps once those were completed.

Black Carbon Media (Larnaca, Cyprus)

Black Carbon Media is an environmental campaigning organisation in Cyprus and approached us for a whole website SEO strategy as they were getting to grips with online publishing.

 

We audited their site and found it technically well set-up, and free of errors, but simply needed an SEO content strategy and the benefit of time to implement that strategy. We devised a calendar of evergreen and informational content for the client that would showcase them as a pro-climate organisation that punches above their weight.

Cybersecurity Client (Ireland)

​A cybersecurity company hired North West SEO on a SEO contractor basis to help them recover from algorithm updates that had hurt their lead flow. 

 

Following a technical audit, the site was bloated with pages, loaded with technical debt, had cannibalisation issues and many pages were not focused on their keywords.

 

We worked with the in-house SEO team to systematically go through the site product-by-product and better target keywords, roll-up competing pages, overhaul pages that needed it, as well as get the technical SEO in order.

Love Energy Savings (Bolton, UK)

Over the course of three years at Love Energy Savings, the SEO channel was a key lead driver for Love Energy Savings and its seven sister business energy TPI brands, and North West SEO's energy sector SEO knowledge was needed to help drive success. Love Energy Savings SEO performance was being held back by a constantly changing SEO strategy every few years and decided to invest in a long-term in-house SEO team. Additionally, as new websites were added to the portfolio, these new sites had their own SEO strategy, so a strategy standardisation was required.

 

As part of the SEO team, we consolidated low traffic, low conversion pages, and removed legacy blog content that was no longer performing. Over the course of three years, URL bloat was eliminated and lead generating pages became the sole focus, not vanity traffic. The result was multiple Love Energy Savings brands on page one for all core keywords.
